The Ministry

A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE MINISTRY

    This Ministry known and registered as Christianity in Christ Ministry is Word Revelation based Ministry. The call forth of this ministry is out of the Revelations from the Word of God and Personal Convictions arising from deeper insights into the Word of God, which had provoked a deeper desire towards making full proof of the Gospel Ministry. This is the first cause that led to the pursuance of this great calling regarding the Ministry.

    Secondly, the work of the Gospel Ministry has been a greater part and the making of my life from my youth, which has been yearning for ways and opportunities for greater delivery and fulfillment. Based on this calling and conviction, this ministry is not birthed out of any grievances or being offended against my former Church – the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, has fulfilled the purpose of my spiritual beginning, a point of reference and spring board of the spiritual career of my Christian life. My spiritual background, upbringing and experiences from there, I cannot take for granted. It is out of necessity that I took the hard decision to leave the Church as a sort of spiritual expansion in pursuit of the cause of Jesus Christ as I tapped into greater opportunities and means of investing my life in greater dimensions in the work of my Lord Jesus Christ.

    Thirdly, I have the belief and passion that Christianity is not just a religion but an established relationship with God with an extension to humankind as a way of life. This is the revealed mandate given to me concerning this ministry as a Ministry of the Word of Reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:18-20). Therefore, maintaining a good relationship towards God and between humankind is a Fundamental Principle or Philosophical guide in this ministry.

    The Passion for spiritual relationship with God and by extension with fellow humankind, which the Gospel of Jesus Christ is about, has been a driving force in my life which had been yearning for a greater fulfillment. Therefore, upon Revelations of deeper insight into the Word of God, it brought about a greater spiritual hunger and desire that gave rise to what I would recognize as a spiritual revolution in my life, which I could not afford to resist than to take the step which gave rise to this new but old ministry as it is in existence today.

    For the purpose of brevity, I will not go into much detail concerning the establishment of this ministry in this chapter, but shall do so in the subsequent chapters. However, I want all to know and note that despite all my involvement and investments in starting this ministry, the ministry is neither a personal business of mine nor of my family in any way. The Ministry belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ. As the Lord revealed it to me, I belong in the Ministry as any other person would belong in the Ministry.

This Ministry was registered on the 12^th Day of November, 2021 as CHRISTIANITY IN CHRIST MINISTRY, is incorporated in Nigeria with Registration number 169184, under the Companies and Allied Matters Act No. 1 of 2020 Part C.
